Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree 
  • Min. 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits 
  • Experienced in remuneration, bonus systems and job evaluation 
  • Experienced in HAY Group System 
  • Competent in data analysis 
  • High analysis and reporting skills 
  • SAP HR knowledge is a plus 
  • Good command of both written and spoken English 
  • No military obligation

 

Job Description

  • Managing salary increases, reward management, job evaluation, performance management, compensation and benefits processes 
  • Improving HR Data Analytical processes
  • Improving reporting processes 
  • Preparing and analyzing market data comparisons 
  • Revising salary bands according to salary policies 
  • Preparing monthly and ad-hoc reports 
  •  Preparing the company’s personnel budget, controlling actual-budget data 
  • Play an active role in HR projects within the organization
