- Min. 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits
- Experienced in remuneration, bonus systems and job evaluation
- Experienced in HAY Group System
- Competent in data analysis
- High analysis and reporting skills
- SAP HR knowledge is a plus
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- No military obligation
Job Description
- Managing salary increases, reward management, job evaluation, performance management, compensation and benefits processes
- Improving HR Data Analytical processes
- Improving reporting processes
- Preparing and analyzing market data comparisons
- Revising salary bands according to salary policies
- Preparing monthly and ad-hoc reports
- Preparing the company’s personnel budget, controlling actual-budget data
- Play an active role in HR projects within the organization
